Headmasters tasked rpa:group with the complete design and delivery of their Senior Salon Academy in Putney. With a successful franchise model, it was essential that the designs were aspirational and reflected the quality, care and attention to detail it sought to impart to its trainees.
The project brought together disparate concepts and functional requirements. The interiors had to be light, elegant and reflect a quality of creativity whilst being hardwearing, chemical resistant and easy to clean. The rpa:group project team worked seamlessly to test these requirements all through the process, providing all the design, architectural specification, project management and construction, handing over the completed project well in advance of the official launch.
Following the successful design and delivery of this Centre of Excellence, Headmasters engaged the team to develop and roll out a refreshed concept for company owned and franchisee salons.
