Our Architecture and Project Management teams were engaged by healthy fast food chain, Leon, to oversee the completion and openings of a series of new restaurants within the UK, as part of their expansion development.
Founded in 2004, Leon’s first outlet opened on London’s Carnaby Street and six months later, it was named the ‘Best New Restaurant in Great Britain’ at The Observer Food Monthly Awards. There are currently 37 Leon restaurants, with plans to open more worldwide. Leon is a fast moving chain with a modern and progressive interior design concept, where every restaurant is bespoke to the actual building itself and to the local area in which it is situated.
Following completion of site works within 6 weeks from commencement, for the restaurant in the Brunswick Centre, Camden, the team was appointed as Architects and Project Managers for their new branch in Oxford and is currently working on more projects for the restaurant group.
