I’m as enthusiastic today as I was over thirty years ago when rpa:group was founded, enjoying the new challenges and occasionally allowing myself the luxury of looking back at the great team we have developed and what rpa:group has achieved!

I have over 35 years of experience in technical and retail architecture, and as one of three founding members of rpa:group, my responsibilities include financial strategy and ensuring that the business objectives and strong company ethos are maintained.

With a background spanning over 20 years in the creative industry, I’ve learned to look at every challenge as an opportunity and that creativity and innovation make the impossible possible.

With over 30 years of experience managing success within the logistics and retail construction industries, I learnt early the valuable lesson to focus and develop people’s strengths, not their weaknesses.

Over 25 years international experience has taught me to strive to exceed client expectations while ensuring the team feel valued, challenged and listened to. In leading the Project Management division of the rpa:group, this approach to teamwork is key to ensuring strong project delivery.

Manager, Communicator, Supporter and Achiever with over 26 years of retail design experience as both client & consultant. You could say I’m hardened to life’s up’s & down’s – being a passionate follower of Crystal Palace FC!

I love my creative family of the last 25 years. We’ve all come a long way as a dedicated and talented team and are looking forward to going a lot further together.

With over 15 year’s professional HR experience in a variety of sectors, I enjoy the challenge of working with innovative and creative teams managing, developing and implementing HR and learning and development initiatives in support of business objectives.

The business has given me the platform to excel and grow as an individual and I am extremely proud of the various successes achieved over the last 10 plus years with the rpa:group and our various valued clients.

I have worked in the creative design industry for over 15 years; 10 of those here at rpa:group as creative lead on projects for numerous global brands. I love the challenge of a new brief, managing the design team to deliver commercially creative schemes, and mentoring new designers who join our team.

Having worked in the design industry for over 15 years, I found my niche in the retail sector. Outside of work I can be found either in a studio rehearsing with my band, or in the sea (attempting) surfing!

With over 20 years in the industry, I have a drive for problem solving, with a focus on client satisfaction. As an All Blacks fan I love watching N.Z. on the sports field, & anyone who can beat Australia!

My 35 years of experience in architecture, spanning both retail and residential have been both challenging and rewarding. A good communicator, I believe passionately in the development of youth, both at work and as a keen football coach outside of it.

As a creative engineer with a passion for retail design, I combine creativity and innovation with an analytical approach to problem solving. I’m a keen traveller, always on the lookout for new adventures to discover new horizons.

With 25 years experience in architecture, I’ve learned to adapt to situations and technology and feel that if you stand still you fall behind.I enjoy the thrill of the challenge, and working as a team to maximise the potential of projects and people.

With over 10 years experience in architecture, I am passionate about seeing retail environments come to life – and in my spare time, I am just as passionate about my photography!

I have worked at rpa:group for 20 years & have enjoyed playing my part in the transformation from a local architects practice to the global company of choice it is today, working across Europe delivering projects for some of the world’s leading retailers and on home soil designing educational establishments.

Although only 27 years old, I’m thrilled that my experience has led me to the vibrant, fast and dynamic retail sector, which has got me hooked and I love being a part of it. I am excited about using my energy, knowledge and creativity at rpa:group, where the sky is the limit!

Olympic Rowing was the dream! However communicating with clients to produce well thought-out designs, which transform into attractive user friendly buildings, provides me with a great deal of pride. I still spend my spare time on the river.

Design and music lover but focusing on the technical side I’ve been in the architecture game for many years. I’m immensely enjoying my role with rpa:group and endeavour to pass on the knowledge I have acquired over the years to the up and coming architects of the future.

With 20 years experience in retail design I’m always keen to learn and pass on my experience to the team. I pride myself in building relationships based on honesty, respect & encouragement

I bring with me a 17-year mix of marketing, advertising, pr and publishing. If variety is the spice of life, then being part of the inspiring, energetic and creative environment here at rpa:group is the Vindaloo of it all!

I have co-ordinated and administered the fields of airports, supermarket chains and financial to television, with seventeen years of retail experience.  At the rpa:group, it only takes once to hit the target.

I have over 20 years of PM experience working with leading retailers and fashion brands in the UK and internationally, delivering their brands within high street, department stores and airport environments.
